Because I’m the "creative brain" and not the "heavy lifter," I am not actually the shipper. If a support email tells you to "contact the shipper" to find your package, they definitely aren't talking about me! I don't have a warehouse, I don't have a forklift, and for your privacy, I don't even have your address.

Think of it like this: I’m the architect who drew the blueprints, but Redbubble is the construction crew that built the house and moved you in. If the keys get lost in the mail, you’ve gotta call the crew!
